This is a great rich recipe we tried out last night and we made so much we just finished it! Great treat and easy to make. Surprise your guests and I promise you they won’t be able to tell it’s not made from cow’s milk.
All you need is 500 g silken tofu and 200 g dark chocolate, melted.
*Get a blender and a deep bowl, puree the tofu until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly. Pour into 6 individual dessert bowls and chill.
*Optional: mix in some organic honey or top with berries.
Enjoy! And if you have any left it will stay fresh for another day in the fridge. (-:
